Bookings & Deposits: A non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment; this will be applied toward your total service. Appointments are not confirmed until booking fee has been received. Rescheduling Policy: One reschedule is permitted per appointment with at least a 48 hours' notice. The new appointment must be rescheduled within the same calendar month as the original appointment. Rescheduling outside of the original month will be treated as a cancellation. Additional reschedule requests will result in forfeiture of booking fee, and a new booking fee will be required to schedule again. Late Arrivals/No-Shows: I do not charge a late fee. After 10 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled with forfeiture of booking fee. The cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the card on file. Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations will result in forfeiture of booking fee. Same Day Appointments: Same-day appointments may be available depending on scheduling and must be pain in full at the time of booking. Guest Policy: To maintain an efficient environment, no extra guests are allowed unless they are being serviced. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed above.
